Thank you for choosing our "Blind Date with a Book" package! We hope you enjoy the surprise and delight of discovering a new book. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Below is our return and refund policy.
1. Returns

Eligibility: Due to the nature of the "Blind Date with a Book" package, returns are generally not accepted. The essence of this product is the surprise element, and once the package is opened, the experience is considered complete.

Exceptions: If the book you receive is damaged or defective, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package, and include a photo of the damaged item.
2. Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives damaged or defective, we offer a full refund or a replacement. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong book by mistake, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or offer a refund if a replacement is not available.

Non-Refundable Items: Personalized or custom "Blind Date with a Book" packages are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
